Recently, a chicken manure drying production line with a capacity of 4.5 tons per hour, provided by Zhengzhou Dingli Drying Equipment Manufacturer, was officially put into operation at a chicken farm in the Philippines. This project, through advanced drying technology, successfully reduced the moisture content of fresh chicken manure from 65%-70% to below 30%, effectively solving the bottleneck of resource utilization caused by the high moisture content of chicken manure, which makes it difficult to store, transport, and further process.
The newly commissioned production line utilizes a rotary drum drying system from Zhengzhou Dingli, characterized by its large processing capacity, low energy consumption, and strong adaptability. The equipment can rapidly dehydrate wet chicken manure with an initial moisture content as high as 70% to the customer-specified 30% dryness level by adjusting the hot air temperature and drum speed. Currently, its processing capacity is stable at 4.5 tons per hour.
