Dingli beer yeast scraper drum dryer is mainly indirect drying with steam as the heating medium to ensure that the dried yeast is highly clean. Dingli brewer's yeast drying machine adopts a single drum structure and indirect conduction heating to dry a variety of slurries. The material can be completely dried after one rotation of the drying cylinder, and the sheeting material automatically falls into the discharge port under the action of the scraper device, complete unloading, simple operation, and high drying efficiency.
Dingli supply yeast dryer machines with different configurations, which can meet the needs of annual output of 50,000 tons to 300,000 tons. This machine is suitable for the drying process of food, chemical, pharmaceutical and other industries, and can also be used to dry materials such as potassium humate and sodium humate.




Yeast dryer uses indirect steam heating to evaporate moisture through conduction. The drying drum is a hollow metal cylinder with a smooth outer surface, rotating at adjustable speed through a gear transmission system.
Yeast slurry is preheated to about 50°C and fed into the dipping tank, where the lower part of the drum is immersed (60–80 mm). As the drum rotates, a uniform thin film of slurry forms on its surface. Steam inside the drum (0.15–0.3 MPa) heats the outer wall, causing rapid moisture evaporation, which is removed by an axial flow fan.
After one full rotation, the material is dried into flakes and scraped off by a blade, then collected at the discharge outlet.
