This equipment primarily uses steam as a heat source, indirectly conducting heat through a drying cylinder. The material does not directly contact high-temperature flue gas, creating a clean and mild drying environment. Liquid or paste-like yeast material evenly adheres to the surface of the drying cylinder, forming a thin film. As the cylinder rotates at a constant speed, the material gradually evaporates moisture in a constant-temperature, sealed environment. Drying is completed in a single rotation. The material is then automatically scraped out by a scraper, completing the entire process of feeding, film formation, drying, and unloading in one operation. This method boasts a high degree of automation, fast drying speed, and uniform moisture content in the finished product. The equipment supports multi-dimensional adjustment of speed, temperature, and feed rate, adapting to the processing needs of yeast raw materials with different concentrations and moisture contents.
